ABOUT
US
Cool Kids Science Club is a non-profit organization that focuses on promoting STEM education through out-of-school enrichment programs and activities. Currently, we reach out to 2nd to 6th grade students that have an interest in science or want to explore STEM fields. The group focuses on incorporating girls and other underrepresented group into STEM enrichment programs.
Our students love science...
Each month we will focus on a new science subject and all content, lessons and labs will be focused on that subject.

CURRICULUM
Students will have access to an online learning platform to communicate with professors, obtain content, review homework, and review links assigned by the science coaches.
Science club meetings will be held twice a month during the summer and during the school year, after-school meetings will be scheduled to practice science quiz teams.
Meetings
Competitive Learning
We encourage and coach the students to join local science fairs and participate in local science competitions. Our goal is to have students earning placement in regional and national competitions in which they have the possibility of winning academic scholarships.
We encourage interactive learning through field trips, such as museums, factories, hospitals, workplace tours and professional discussion panels.
Interactive Learning
We will utilize membership fees to pay for administrative fees associated with delivering the curriculum and operational fees associated with running a non-profit organization. We will also have fundraisers to help defray participation costs. We will apply for grants to purchase more expensive lab kits and supplies.

We also work with other non-profit organization to bring more opportunities and access to educational activities to your student.
We are open to volunteers and are looking for help in various areas of the organization. If you know any scientists who would like to volunteer their time and share details about their professional, we would gladly welcome them. We welcome any donations of technology, books, memberships, scientific equipment or any assistance.
